Trip To Oman

Adam has been asking when he gets to go on an airplane ever since Grandma Smyth left after helping out after Lincolns birth. I told him that we will go on an airplane at Christmas. A few times a week Adam would say "go on an airplane at Christmas." He finally got his wish. This is him while we waited to get on the plane. He just stared out the window at the airplanes. He was so excited. I am pretty sure it wasn't everything he thought it would be 25 hours later. Yes, it was a 25 hour flight. The kids were actually really good. The kids adjusted great to the time change on the way there. It is exactly 11 hours off from us. So...night is day and day is night. Now that we are home the change back to normal schedule has been horrible. They both can't keep their eyes open all day. They are so grumpy and we literally can't keep them awake past 6:00 pm. Right about 9:00 pm they are up and ready to play all night long. Oh...guess what there is Lincoln...it's going to be another long night...great. Spencer and I take shifts. Neither of us have really slept since we got home.

I have been wondering when you or your Mom would post all the fun pics from your Christmas trip. Looks like you saw lots of cool stuff. What a different world. I am not sure I could live there. Hats off to your parents.
