Ice cream melts, flowers wilt, the leaves of autumn fall. Sunsets fade, seasons change, and children don’t stay small. Balloons pop, snowfalls stop--do summers last? Never! Weekends fly, today will die, But... FAMILIES ARE FOREVER! --By Rachelle F. A. Dow

Today Adam went in to get tubes in his ears. This has been a life altering event for us. He got out of surgery and ever since he has been a totally different kid. He has been alert and and responding to things that are going on around him. He has been so happy!!! He keeps testing his voice by going really high and then really low and then laughing. His ears were really bad! Luckily we caught it just before there was permanent damage. What a sweetie! He has already started speaking today. I am so excited to see the new words he will say each day. He gave me a kiss for the first time today. That was so exciting also. He used to only put his cheek out when you said give me a kiss. I love him so much. I am so thankful for the blessing he is in our life!
